What we do with the personal data we receive through this website, or when you contact us — and what we don't.

This notice explains how Involve Property Management Ltd, trading as IPM (“IPM”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit ipmcontracts.co.uk or contact us. We are the data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are

What we collect
This website has no forms and no sign-in, so it does not collect anything you type.
- When you email or ring us — about a project, a tender or a supplier introduction — we keep your name, your contact details, the organisation you work for and whatever you tell us.
- When you browse — our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure. We don’t use analytics or tracking, and the site sets no cookies.
We do not collect special category data (such as health information) through this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this website for us, each bound to use it only on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
- Studio 72 Cardiff Ltd — our web developer, which looks after the website and its hosting for us.
The “Directions” and office-address links open Google Maps. Nothing from Google loads on this site unless you click one; Google Maps then has its own privacy notice.
International transfers
Vercel may process data outside the UK (mainly in the USA). Where it does, we rely on the UK–US data bridge, UK adequacy regulations or the ICO’s international data transfer agreement or addendum to keep it protected to UK standards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become work: 2 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a short period for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to: see the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; give it to you in a portable format; and, where we rely on your consent, withdraw that consent at any time. Email enquiries@ipmcontracts.co.uk — we reply within one month. No decisions are made about you by automated means.
